You must have a passing grade to receive your certificate. Upon passing the test, a button to submit a form for your certificate will appear. Please use the same email address on the form that you used for this website, as well as the EXACT name as it should appear on the certificate.
The Mahoning County Bar Association staff will be notified of your registration, payment, completion of the video and test score. Upon review that all requirements have been met, you will be issued a Notary Certificate. The Certificate will be processed as quick as possible, but please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your certificate at the email address provided during registration.
