Mahoning County Bar holds final judgment on issuing certificates and all disputes.

The Mahoning County Bar Association staff will be notified of your registration and payment and will review all requirements have been met.  Notary certificates will be processed as quick as possible, but please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your certificate at the email address provided during registration.
